  • Registration for TAMU Students – $85

  • Early Bird Registration for Non-TAMU $95 – October 1st, 2024 – December 31st, 2024

  • Regular Registration for Non-TAMU $135 – January 1st, 2025 – March 3rd, 2025

  • Late Registration for Non-TAMU $150 – March 4, 2025 – March 26, 2025

*TAMU Students can apply for sponsorship at first come, first serve, to waive registration fee!*

Registration covers entry fees, 3 meals per day, keynote speaker presentations, workshops, facilitated discussions, conference t-shirt with extra goods, and a ticket to the gala on the 29th.
